1- To make the batter for Sabudana Appe, grind the sago in a mixer jar.

2- Add curd as per requirement and beat it. Keep this mixture aside for 10-15 minutes.

3- Then mash the boiled potatoes.

4- Mix grated cheese in mashed potatoes.

5- Add green chilli paste or finely chopped green chillies to it.

6- Add finely chopped coriander.
